The kitchens have Bosch (or equivalent) appliances, and the bathrooms have a shower set and taps by Grohe (or equivalent) and a wash basin and water closet by Geberit (or equivalent). Ceilings are 2.85 m in the master bedroom and living area of most types. The bedrooms have engineered wood flooring, the bathrooms and kitchens are tiled, and the main door is a fire-rated timber door with a digital lockset.
Aluminium Ribbons and a Grand Lobby Oculus
The façade is softly rounded, with horizontal aluminium ribbons that change from champagne at the lower floors to muted gold at the top. The Grand Lobby has an oculus, a circular skylight above the planter, and the arrival has a porte cochere. The design architect is Pitman Tozer Architects and the local architect JGP Architecture (S) Pte Ltd, and the main contractor is V3 Construction Pte. Ltd.
