Myra has 85 residential units drawn as 10 layouts in 4 bands, from 474 to 1,324 sqft. The nine plan images below show every layout except B2A, which has one unit, #09-04, and shares Type B2’s size; all 10 layouts are in the hosted eBrochure.
The stated areas are on the pre-harmonised basis: the balcony is counted in the strata area, and the building plan approval is dated 7 April 2020, before 1 June 2023. Because the balcony is counted, a price per square foot at Myra reads lower than a harmonised development’s for the same home.

Myra is one block of 12 storeys with a basement, with 8 stacks numbered 01 to 08. Levels 2 to 12 carry homes, 8 on each of levels 2 to 9 and 7 on each of levels 10 to 12, the 1st storey holds the drop-off and the communal facilities, and Basement 1 is the car park. Unit numbers take the form #storey-stack, so #12-03 is the level 12 home in stack 03, a Type D2.
